What should I tell you when I call?
The address, what happened and when it started, whether water is still running or the property is open to the weather, and who owns it if it’s a rental. If you’ve already opened an insurance claim, have the claim number handy.
What happens after I send the form?
Someone from our office calls the number you entered to ask about the damage and set up a visit. When water is still coming in, calling gets a crew moving sooner than the form does.
I'm in the East Bay. Which number should I use?
Either one works. The main number reaches our office, and the Hayward line goes to RestoreX of East Bay. Tell us the address and we’ll send the closest crew.
Can I stop by the office?
